TrainingThe service team also offers regular training courses held at our site. For optimum results, numbers are restricted to a maximum of 10 participants.

Past experience has shown that a two- to three-day training course is sufficient to enable customers to work independently afterwards, even with more complex requirements. We would also be pleased to hold training courses at your site or organize customer-specific online coaching. In this way, we can focus more closely on your specific requirements and agree a date for the training convenient to both parties. Support and maintenance In the first year after purchase, all our products come with maintenance and a certain number of support points. Customers can then extend the support and maintenance contract for a further year at 20% of the list price. Support is provided via a fair points system. Customers receive a specific number of support points with each purchase they make. New support points are added each year – depending on the purchase price – when the support and maintenance contract is extended.

One support point corresponds to 15 minutes of telephone or online support. Queries by e-mail count as one support point. It is possible to purchase additional support points:
  • 5 support points cost EUR 270,00
  • 10 support points cost EUR 500,00
  • 20 support points cost EUR 800,00
  • 30 support points cost EUR 1.050,00
  • 50 support points cost EUR 1,500
Maintenance includes:
  • An update service (debugging, small and large updates)
  • Access to our error database
