Support and Maintenance In the first year after the purchase, all our products come with maintenance services and a certain number of support points. The number of points is higher in the first year, because it contains a installation service. Customers can then extend the support and maintenance contract for another year at 20% of the list price. Support is provided via a fair points system. Customers receive a specific number of support points with each purchase they make. New support points are added each year – depending on the purchase price – when the support and maintenance contract is extended.

One support point corresponds to 15 minutes of telephone or online support. Queries by e-mail count as one support point. It is possible to purchase additional support points:

  •   5 Support-points cost EUR 270,00  
  • 10 Support-points cost EUR 500,00  
  • 20 Support-points cost EUR 800,00  
  • 30 Support-points cost EUR 1.050,00  
  • 50 Support-points cost EUR 1.500,00  

Maintenance includes:
  • An update service (updates within one versionline)
  • Access to our error database
