New Feature in expecco ALM: Scrum/Kanban

Expansion of expecco ALM with the Scrum/Kanban Board

Previously, our Scrumboard consisted of file cards and post-its in various colours on a large bulletin board. We got rid of this. Today, our Scrumboard has been integrated into expecco ALM. The bulletin board was replaced with a screen. Thus, our projects and the tasks of all participants are always visible.

Each employee is directly assigned his tasks and defects. The observer has a total overview of all tasks and the progress on the project. Both the type of task and the priority are visualised on the Scrumboard. The responsible party can make the entries and changes from the PC and any mobile device. This facilitates our daily work and provides us with a comfortable framework for our approach. Holistic, web-based, transparent.
