In expecco ALM, requirements are assigned, prioritised and given a target date. You have an overview of the degree of realisation and the costs at all times. Thanks to the flexible visibility of the system, your customers can also report requirements and errors, which are then forwarded directly to the responsible department.

Fault management

Errors are displayed transparently and directly on your dashboard. Notification is also possible via e-mail, SMS and XMPP/Jabber. You can react immediately and avoid unnecessary time and costs.
Ideal in conjunction with the test management module.
