Our customers get free access to our client portal in expecco ALM. In addition, questions about our products can be asked and errors reported, as well as all relevant information such as your license files, download links, etc. is available. Your support points are managed in expecco ALM, so you always have an overview of the current status.

Errors are divided into product or customer errors by our team, prioritized and processed accordingly. All your colleagues can be included in your expecco ALM group so that you have a common view on questions and answers.
