Regular update service

Because we continuously optimise expecco for you through further developments and adaptations, we provide you with two updates per year. The updates provide you with new features, optimisations and bug fixes. And you also benefit from our responsive support at all times.

Customer Support

Proof of Concept (process or testautomation)

With a meaningful proof of concept (PoC), we show you the technical feasibility and economic benefits of your automation project, including management with the AIDYMO or expecco products. We carry out the PoC with a process scenario and a technology of your choice. We make the demo version, including the use cases created, available to you for up to 30 days for review purposes.

Tailored to your requirements: Product launch / training / workshops

With us, it’s not just the product that’s right, but also the support. We are happy to support your team in setting up the ideal automation. We accompany and train you from the development of use/test cases to use/test case management and set the course for complete automatic execution.

Reliable customer support

We offer you the best support with various support packages. Our customer portal based on expecco ALM is our flexible error reporting and enquiry system. As an expecco customer, you receive your own free account for all project participants. Licences and information are stored in the account, and support points are managed and billed here. The system is clear and transparent: everyone involved in the project can view and track all movements and actions.

Testautomation as a Service (TaaS)

exept develops and distributes powerful tools for test automation and test management. We also offer services in all areas of test automation.

We support:

  • Creation of test descriptions according to customer agreement
  • Development of test cases based on the test case specifications
  • Transfer and automation of existing manual test cases
  • Automated test execution – at our premises or at your site
  • Detailed documentation of all activities, delivery of regular and audit-proof reports with all necessary evidence
  • Analysis of executed test cases, error localisation and correction, regression tests
  • Adaptation of the test system and test cases in the event of changes to the customer software
  • We keep all technologies up to date at all times

Flexible & effective: our Mobile Testing Lab

On your behalf or together with you, we put together test platforms with selected mobile devices. We develop and specify test scenarios, operate them at our site and carry out the tests. Our test service is rounded off by evaluation and summarised processing of the test results, as well as fast response times for troubleshooting on the test platform or in the event of connectivity faults.
