expecco ALM as a customer portal

expecco ALM is a powerful, web-based test and resource management tool. We at eXept also use it as a customer portal.

Our customers receive free access to our customer portal in expecco ALM. They can use it to ask questions about our products and report errors, and all relevant information is also stored there, such as your licence files, download links, etc. Your support points are also managed in expecco ALM, so you always have an overview of the current status. Errors are categorised by our team into product or customer errors, prioritised and processed accordingly. All your colleagues can be added to your expecco ALM group so that you have a shared view of questions and answers.
