We at eXept use it as a customer portal.

Our customers receive free access to our customer portal in expecco ALM. Here, they can ask questions about our products and report errors. All relevant information, such as your license files, download links, etc., is also stored there. Your support points are also managed in expecco ALM, giving you an overview of the current status at all times.
Errors are classified by our team as product or customer errors, prioritized, and processed accordingly. All your colleagues can be added to your expecco ALM group so that you have a shared view of questions and answers.
