New release for AIDYMO/expecco with innovative features
Mobile start of test runs via smartphone or tablet. One of over 30 new functionalities in release 23.2.

With “AIDYMO/expecco 23.2”, eXept Software AG has added a number of new and innovative features to its product suite for automating processes and tests in particular. We would like to introduce you to the most important new developments:
- With the expecco-remote-control app, it is now possible to start and track test runs via smartphone or tablet and make entries for manual test steps. This means you are no longer tied to the computer, especially in extensive test environments such as factory halls. The app runs natively on Android or on Apple iOS in the web browser.

The new timeline provides a further graphical representation of the test procedure, in which the individual test steps are displayed chronologically on a timeline. - FMU (functional model units) for simulation using digital twins has been expanded.
- GUI automation: the current Qt version 6 is now supported.
With release 23.2 and the addition of over 30 features, eXept is taking the next step into the future for the AIDYMO platform and the expecco product and is strengthening its customers’ competitiveness for upcoming topics in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), functional digital twins, Industry 4.0, simulation, optimisation, test automation, verification and other functions of future digitalisation.
