The AIDYMO platform is currently being used as an RPA tool in several health authorities in Baden-Württemberg. By automating the recording of coronavirus tests and proof of immunity (e.g. for mandatory measles vaccination), secure transmission and parallel processing of large volumes of data, the workload of the health authorities is significantly reduced.
All process steps are automated and logged. DEMIS data and Octoware interface analysis functions are available.
Selected features of the processing of immunity certificates for institutions such as schools realised with AIDYMO:
- Provision of an e-portal for the secure transmission of proof of immunity from the facilities to the public health department via web browser.
- Syntactic and semantic checks, matching of addresses with the reporting registers and verification of causal relationships.
- Automatic entry of the reported proof of immunity into a recording software or database (e.g. Octoware) used by the health authority.
- Generation of letters with a request for a statement to the custodians.
Selected features of the Corona tracking realised with AIDYMO:
- Automated reading and checking of DEMIS data and entry of the correct data in Octoware and comparison with the reporting registers.
- Interface to e-mails, faxes and other information carriers/interfaces, further processing and automatic synchronisation as well as entry of the processed data in databases such as Octoware and sending of e-mails.
- Dashboard display and reporting of all data in real time.
- Logging and archiving of all actions, especially coronavirus reporting data.
The automation of other business processes at district offices and health authorities, such as the processing of suspected coronavirus cases, hospitalisation and legionella tracking, is currently in the implementation phase.
